By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clear communication and a smooth ordering process.

🧾 Pricing     

•    All prices are based on current supplier costs, design size, quantity, and complexity.

•    Prices are subject to change if supplier costs or availability change prior to order confirmation.     

•    Customization pricing (embroidery, DTF printing, patches) is separate from item pricing.

•    Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be adjusted if details change.

🧵 Artwork & Digitizing     

•    New designs require digitizing (for embroidery and patches).     

•    Digitizing fees are one-time charges and are due upfront.     

•    Digitizing turnaround is typically 1–3 business days.     

•    Final pricing and production timelines are confirmed after digitizing approval.

💳 Deposits & Payments     

•    A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all custom orders.     

•    Digitizing fees must be paid in full before production.     

•    The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.     

•    Rush orders require full payment upfront.     

•    Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

📏 Minimum Order Quantities     

•    Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the item and customization type.

•    Bulk pricing applies to orders of the same design and placement.     

•    Large or high-volume orders may require additional production time.

⏱️ Turnaround Time     

•    Turnaround times vary by service:     

•    Embroidery & Patches: 10–14 business days

•    DTF Printing: 7–10 business days     

•    Turnaround time begins after deposit, artwork approval, digitizing (if applicable), and garment drop-off.     

•    Larger or high-volume orders may require additional time.

👕 Customer-Provided Garments

 • Customer-provided garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.     

• We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, stitching, fabric limitations, or manufacturing defects.     

• No refunds or replacements are provided for customer-supplied items.

🔄 Changes & Cancellations     

•    Changes after artwork approval may incur additional fees.     

•    We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or design changes.     

•    Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

📦 Reorders     

•    Reorders using an existing design do not require a new digitizing fee.

•    Pricing for reorders is subject to current rates at the time of the reorder.
